The publication of the 2004 Report provides information regarding the implementation of the programmes and activities that have been carried out during the duration of the National Reading Month, by the National Library of Malaysia, State Public Libraries as well as other institutions including government departments, the public and private institutions of higher learning, corporate bodies, state education resource centres, state education departments and schools. The effectiveness of every activity was evaluated upon positive comments and feedback are taken into consideration for the improvement of future programmes.
